Do I have to sign up for an account to purchase?
Signing up for an account takes a couple of seconds and allows you to track all of your purchases in your account portal. We require you to sign-up to purchase a product to make all future purchases happen quickly and seamlessly.
I have forgotten my username or password, now what?
Simply click on “forgot password” and instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you within five minutes.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If there is another form of payment that you would like to use, drop us a line and we will evaluate integrating it into the store.
What is the cost of shipping for domestic and international orders?
We offer easy, flat-rate shipping at the rate of $6 per order for United States shipments and $12 for all other countries. Although actual shipping costs are often much higher, we ship most products at a flat rate to ensure that you can enjoy Peculiar PPL products regardless of where you reside in this world. You shouldn’t be deprived of Peculiar PPL products just because you live in Saskatchewan!
What form of shipment do you use?
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service shipping. Contact us if you require another form of shipping for your order.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most orders within the United States arrive within 3-5 business days, and international orders vary based on location. All shipments can be tracked in your account portal using the provided shipping tracking code.
How do I get a refund?
Your total satisfaction with your experience is our goal, so if you aren’t happy with any or all of your order, contact us and we will try our best to make it right. If we can’t make it right, we will provide a shipping address to return your product and we will refund you the amount paid for the refunded products.

How can I be sure that I ordered the correct size?
All of our products with various sizes include a size chart that includes the product’s measurements. In general, our products run true-to-size and we suggest that women ordering unisex products should order one size smaller than usual to account for the unisex size differences.
