One of the best things about Peculiar PPL is that we’ve never been afraid to try something new. Over the years we’ve released shoes, hats, pens, lunch bags, and phone cases. We’ve covered a lot of ground.
But there’s one thing we’ve never done.
A jacket.
Until now.
This week, we’re officially introducing our first Peculiar PPL soft shell jacket that we call “Weather the Storm.” The name isn’t just marketing, it’s a reminder. Every storm you face might try to conquer you, but you’ve got everything it takes to get through it…and so does this soft shell jacket.
This is a Spring jacket built to perform. It’s waterproof, dual-layered, and breathable enough that you’ll want to wear it all the time. The details are intentional: Zippered pockets to keep your essentials secure, a chin guard so the zipper never catches your neck, and a reverse coil zipper so it lays flat and smooth. Embroidered across the left chest is one word: Peculiar, with a small contrasting dot over the “i,” because the details are important.
This release is also a first in another way. For the first time ever, we’re offering a Peculiar PPL product across three real categories: Men’s, Women’s, and Youth. It’s not “one size fits most,” it’s actual fits, cut properly for each. The women’s version has a tapered silhouette, the men’s follows our standard sizing, and for the first time, we have a product made specifically for grade school-aged kids.
